Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Aharon operates strictly according to inspection methods delivering and implementing the pre-specified quality, as prepared by the project Principals and always with clear focus on industry building standards.

Aharon is committed to quality control, aiming to deliver a project of the highest quality, to the Principals.

Specifications / Tenders/  RFQ’s

When required, Aharon will oversee the preparation of specifications and works tenders ensuring the focus is on optimal project value and not necessarily the lowest cost.

Responsibilities relating to Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Aharon sets up and maintains:

• the relationships and coordination with the Principals in order to ensure efficient reporting according to pre-determined parameters.

• the frameworks for contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they are all aware of the quality assurance requirements and the strict compliance thereof.

• regular, pre-planned inspections of works, performance and compliance of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, in line with the above.

• structured reporting of relevant quality problems and the clear corrective solutions.

• the streamlined management and control of relevant documentation.

• presentations of stage-by-stage and final pre-determined documentation to the Principals.

• documentation required by the Authorities, Municipalities, etc.
